Donations Welcome
- The Library does not charge a fee for use of these rooms. However, with ongoing funding cuts from the State of Ohio, we are looking for ways to increase income as well as decrease expenses.
- We encourage groups using the rooms, if at all possible, to help repay the Library for the use of the rooms through a donation to the Library.
- Donation is easy - just make your check payable to the Grandview Library and mail it (1685 W. First Ave. Columbus OH 43212)
or leave it with a staff person at a Library desk.
- Find out more about donating to the Library. Thank you!
- Conference Room: 12
The smaller Conference Room features a large, conference-style table and dry erase boards. - Meeting Room: 60-70, with chairs only (or 40-50 around tables)
The larger Meeting Room includes a kitchenette with counter and sink, a small microwave and small refrigerator, plus dry erase boards, a podium, and pull-down screen. - Note: Our facilities are handicapped-accessible.
- Applications for use are first-taken/first-served. (Library use gets priority.) Bookings are taken usually no more than six months in advance. Reservations on an ongoing basis are allowed only if the schedule permits. Groups using the rooms may not arrive earlier than the Library's regular opening time and must be cleaned up and ready to leave when the Library closes.
- An adult who is willing to be responsible for the activity and use of room must be present. All cleanup is the responsibility of the group.
- A fee for cleanup will be assessed if not done properly. Misuse of a room and/or violation of the use agreement will preclude further use of either room.
