June 20: The Lady Eve (1941)
Preston Sturges screwball comedy about a con artist who torments her timid lover. Starring Barbara Stanwyck and Henry Fonda.
June 27: The Letter (1940)
A murderer’s motives come into question. Starring Bette Davis. Nominated for seven Oscars.
