1040 income tax booklets are here

Find tax forms and information at the Grandview Library!

The 1040 federal income tax instruction booklets are available in Reference, along with the most popular federal, state, and RITA (Grandview Heights) income tax forms. City of Columbus tax forms (also for Marble Cliff) are not available at the Library, but can be found online.

Any tax form that we do not have can be found online. Print them at home or at the Library (10 cents per black-and-white page). You can also go paperless by filing your taxes online!

NOTE: You have three extra days to file this year! Federal & state income tax returns are due Monday, April 18, 2011, at 11:59 pm. Tax Day, which is normally April 15, was extended due to a federal holiday.
